Not Investment Advice

Everything published on QuietTicker.com is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this site is, or should be construed as, personalized investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or an offer or solicitation of any kind. We do not know your financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance, and we are not acting as your financial advisor, broker, or fiduciary.

What the Daily Study Is — and Isn’t

Our daily market study describes what we looked at on a given trading day and why it caught our attention — price action, volume, technical setups, or company-specific news. It is a record of observation, not a signal. We deliberately do not phrase anything as "buy this" or "this is better than that." If you read a study and come away thinking we told you what to do with your money, you misread it — go back and reread it, or better yet, don’t act on it until you’ve done your own research or spoken with a licensed professional.

Past Performance

Past performance of any security, strategy, or market observation discussed on this site does not indicate or guarantee future results. Markets are inherently unpredictable, and any historical pattern we describe can fail to repeat. Trading and investing in securities involves substantial risk of loss, including the possible loss of principal.

Who Writes This

QuietTicker.com is written and published by Thiago Bispo da Silva. This is not an anonymous or pseudonymous publication — every study and course reflects the author’s own independent research and personal opinion at the time it was written, published for general circulation and not tailored to any individual reader.

Courses

The free courses on this site (Technical Analysis, Company Analysis, and Trading Methodology) teach general concepts and frameworks. They do not constitute a guarantee of results, and trading skill, discipline, and risk management are the responsibility of the individual applying them.

No Guarantee of Accuracy

Market data is sourced from third-party providers (currently the Alpaca Markets IEX feed) and is believed to be reliable but is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or timely. We are not responsible for decisions made based on data that later proves to be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect.
